Drawing on four decades as a Registered Nurse and advanced training as a National Board-Certified Reflexologist and Certified Wellcoach, I guide clients in reconnecting with their innate capacity to heal.
Through complementary modalities of Reflexology and Reiki, I support each person's unique path toward balance, restoration, and wellbeing.
